- Take at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, try brisk walking, swimming, cycling, running or jumping on the trampoline. Choose what you enjoy most and staying motivated will be easier.
- Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily, have only one or two portions of fruit - due to the high sugar content - with the rest vegetables.
- Drink at least 2 litres of mineral water daily to keep your body hydrated and functioning properly.
- Eating the right types of food at the right times of day has a huge impact on your energy resources, which means eating the right food can help you find the energy
- Foods that contain high levels of health promoting nutrients, photochemical and antioxidants all tend to be unprocessed, natural foods like fruits and oily fish, variety and moderation is key.
