Health Tips

  1. Take at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, try brisk walking, swimming, cycling, running or jumping on the trampoline. Choose what you enjoy most and staying motivated will be easier. 
  2. Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily, have only one or two portions of fruit - due to the high sugar content - with the rest vegetables. 
  3. Drink at least 2 litres of mineral water daily to keep your body hydrated and functioning properly. 
  4. Eating the right types of food at the right times of day has a huge impact on your energy resources, which means eating the right food can help you find the energy 
  5. Foods that contain high levels of health promoting nutrients, photochemical and antioxidants all tend to be unprocessed, natural foods like fruits and oily fish, variety and moderation is key.
