Dark Circles

They say that your eyes are the windows to your soul.

Why do some people suffer with dark circles and others do not?
Poor blood flow- blood without any oxygen is a dark red-blue colour which can show through the thin delicate skin under the eyes as dark purple circles
Hollowness- This makes the light fall in such as way that the area appears darker than it really is due to the shadowing
AOX Eye Gel & Mineral eye Defence SPF 50

Skinceuticals AOX Eye Gel- If you’re looking for an eye cream for dark circles, this is a good option as it has a caffeine extract to improve micro circulation. This is for day time use, it contains Vitamin C  which has a skin lightening effect which is good for dark circles.

Be aware of eating fresh healthy wholesome foods and drink plenty of water and of course get enough sleep, if you’re burning the candle at both ends of course you’re going to have dark circles under your eyes.
