What is Micropeel?
Micropeel is a light glycolic peel that addresses many skin imperfections that affect skin complexion, texture, and clarity. Glycolic acid loosens the ‘glue’ that holds dead skin cells to the skin’s surface. A micropeel treatment exfoliates, removing the damaged top layer of skin, revealing new, vital skin beneath, but it does so gently with minimal after-effects. Micropeel is not an effective deep wrinkle or scar treatment, it is primarily used as an effective exfoliation to rejuvenate dull, clogged or rough skin.
Benefits of a Micropeel
A series of micropeels will improve the appearance of skin incrementally. You will have:
- Softer skin
- More even skin tone
- Skin cleansed of dead skin cells and debris
- Smoother, more even texture
- Smaller pores
- Slight lightening of sun spots and age spots
- Softened fine lines and wrinkles
- A fresh, revitalised and more youthful appearance
Am I a good candidate?
