A low FODMAP diet may help relieve IBS symptoms.

People with irritable bowel syndrome have A sensitive gut that react to certain foods or medications or to stress and anxiety. IBS often alternates between  bloating, pain, and diarrhea or constipation or a combination of both.


  1. Introduce 1-2 tablespoons of fermented vegetable juice to soothe inflammation and rebalance the gut.
  2. Drink coconut water kefir, it is cooling to an inflamed gut.
  3. Add fermented foods or probiotic beverages to every meal.
