Nuala Woulfe is a leading skincare expert providing her clients with both luxury treatments & exceptional results from the very latest treatments. Nuala has over 30 years of Industry experience. High standards are very important to Nuala. Staff is trained to a very high standard. We use the best in skincare and therapies so you can be assured of standards. Nuala Woulfe’ eponymous salon in Sandycove, Co. Dublin has been a sanctuary from stress and a source of expert advice for its customers since it first opened in 1995.Nuala’s experienced and knowledgeable staff and commitment to the use of superior products and equipment are what sets the salon apart from others.

Stephanie started with the Company late 2015.She  has a vast amount of varied experience behind her and  is  a highly motivated, dedicated individual, with a broad background in coordinating and professional organisation skills.She likes to work to a high standard to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and thrive in a customer orientated, result- driven environment.  Stephanie is happy to take care of any of your queries.

Anna (Receptionist & Nail Tech)

I started with the Company in December 2014

I have strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary in fast paced work environment. I enjoy dealing with clients and like to ensure they have a positive experience with us at every visit. I have a friendly, professional manner along with exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask. I have varied beauty, administrative, retail and customer service background. I am a highly motivated, focused and committed individual who has a track record of providing excellent customer service and developing high workplace standards. I believe in the importance of excellent client relations in the results driven environment.

Caroline (Senior Spa Receptionist )

Caroline has been with the team in the Spa for several years. The busy reception at Serenity Spa takes a huge amount of co-ordination and responsibility which Caroline handles with pleasure. Caroline’s experience in the travel industry means that her management skills are invaluable to the Spa reception area. She has successfully completed courses in skin care knowledge as well as customer care. Caroline enjoys all aspects of customer care, taking gratification in the knowledge that the clients leave happy and impressed

Charlotte - Receptionist/ Customer Care

I joined the Company in 20112. I feel that I have a great relationship with our Clients. I will always try to ‘go the extra mile’ to help and accommodate where possible. I am committed to making your experience with us a memorable time. I am happy to assist you in scheduling your appointments, and answering any queries you may have, so that you’re equipped with all the information you need to make your visit with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Ashley. (Receptionist at Serenity Day Spa).

I started with the Company March 2014 and am excited to be the newest member of the reception team at Serenity Spa.  I enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle and delighted to be working with a dedicated team that promotes well-being through their excellent treatments and therapies.  I am here to help all clients with their bookings and to answer any questions regarding the treatments offered.  I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Maria (Lead Therapist at Nuala Woulfe Beauty Salon)

I have been with the Company  since August 2004 .

I have been a beauty therapist since 1999. Over this time I have become a skin expert. I have the ability to work and improve various skin conditions such as pigmentation, premature ageing, acne, rosacea and any other skin concerns you might have. I also have a wealth of knowledge in waxing, tanning, Billion Dollar brows, make-up, nails, slimming treatments, reflexology, and deep tissue

The advice I would give to everyone is to use a high factor broad spectrum SPF every day to prevent premature signs of ageing and more importantly melanoma and skin cancer.

Claire (Senior Beauty Therapist)

I have been with the Company since July 2012.

I specialise in advanced facials to treat all skin conditions. I trained in advanced facial skincare knowledge and techniques with Skinceuticals and Eminence. I offer Body wraps, scrubs and massage. I also enjoy doing beauty treatments like tinting, waxing, manicures, pedicures & Billion Dollar brows.

I was shortlisted and got through to the finals of ‘The Best Body Therapist award’ in the Irish Spa Awards 2014.

I consider myself to be very caring and bubbly. I love to go that extra mile to make my clients feel special.

Suzi (Senior Beauty Therapist) On maternity leave at present )

Suzi joined the Company in 2014. Suzi works part time at Serenity Day Spa .She has extensive training and experience with over 15 years of service.Suzi is an excellent make -up artist. Others areas of expertise include specialised facials, spray tans; body massage wraps and scrubs, Medi – pedicure, manicures. Electrolysis, Waxing and Billion Dollar brows. Suzi’s expertise and knowledge will have you at ease immediately.

Kate (Senior Beauty Therapist)

Kate joined the Company in February 2013.

‘ As a beauty therapist I see people of all ages and all skin types coming to me, all looking for the same thing- and that is healthy beautiful skin.  I studied beauty therapy for 2 years and health science for a further three years which resulted in the equivalent in a qualification, of an Honours Bachelors Degree which is a level 8 on The Irish Frame work of Qualifications. I have also completed the extensive online training and in-house & external training on SkinCeutical and Eminence skincare and treatments etc offered to me through my job which has allowed me the opportunity to attain a high level of knowledge. I like to always do my best for my client. I offer specialised facials, waxing, pedicures and manicures, skin consultations and advice,  massage, Billion dollar eye brows, tinting, make up etc.

Kate was nominated for the award of ‘Best Facial Therapist ‘at The Irish Spa Awards 2014.

Holly (Spa Therapist)

Holly joined the Company in 2014.Holly is an excellent popular beauty therapist .Holly does facials, manicures, pedicures, massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head , Payot and Eminence body treatments, massage,wraps,scrubs, hydrotherapy and all types of waxing.  Holly has a fantastic manner that will have you at ease in seconds.

Liz (Spa Therapist)

Liz rejoined the Company in 2014 having taken some time out to take care of her two children. Liz has a very pleasant manner. She does facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage.

Sophie (Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist)

I joined the Company in 2014 –I am a senior Therapist at Serenity Day Spa and I love my job. I am from New Zealand and I have over 10 years experience .I enjoy doing a variety of treatments. I am passionate about skincare and facials but also love waxing and threading! I enjoy pampering my clients with massage treatments including reflexology ,hydrotherapy, wraps and scrubs -Payot and Eminence body treatments.

Ivett   (Nail Technician)

Ivett has been with the Company since October 2014.

I have been doing nails since 2007 and I specialise in gel nails, 2 week polish, nail art, manicure and Ivett is from Hungary where she trained in one of the biggest and best college in Budapest. “My one and only love is my job. I enjoy doing all the treatments for hands and feet because it`s a pleasure to see that my clients get a high standard service with a little bit of extra smile to make them special.”

Robaqa joined the Company in 2014.Robaqa is a very gentle quite natured Therapist.She is an excellent gentle Threader – Clients will always comment on how ‘pain less ‘ her threading is .She also offers Facials,  Facial Massage, Make up, Waxing, Eyebrows and Eye Lashes Tinting, Swedish Massage, Henna Tattoos.
