Reflexology - how to make the most of your treatment.

1. It is a good idea to remove nail varnish from toe nails prior to treatment as the health of your                nails will need to be examined at the start of treatment.
2. Treatment will include consultation and foot reading (at least 15 minutes during first                              appointment) application of pressure to reflex areas on your feet along with foot massage at                 beginning and end of treatment.
3. You may be given some suggestions for self-treatment or changes to diet or exercise between treatments but this is optional.
4. For best results, a course of 6 treatments is recommended. Once you are prepared to take an active approach to improving your health, you will soon feel so much better.
5. If you have any immediate health concerns you should outline these during your booking .
6. Some medical conditions may need doctors’ consent prior to treatment.

If any of the following medical conditions apply to you now or in the past please discuss it with your therapist prior to treatment to ensure that you receive the best possible care and advice.
