Now, when you say there can be a few days of soreness, following the deep tissue massage. Are you referring to moderate soreness, which may include a bit of relief? Or are you talking about major soreness that deters you from ever getting another deep tissue massage? Also, I like how you say deep tissue massages can help improve circulation because this is what I need.
