Daily skincare.

What should you be doing daily to look after your skin?

Protecting our skin from the damaging effects of UV rays is one of the most important things we can do to protect our skin and keep the signs of ageing at bay. The first step is to wear a broad spectrum sunscreen of at least Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 50 every day. The best broad-spectrum sunscreen can only block up to 55% of the damaging free radicals from UV exposure, so the second step is to use an antioxidant serum. Using an antioxidant serum for the skin along with your SPF can help provide the most advanced protection from environmental ageing. This helps prevent the visible signs of ageing and promotes optimal skin health.

Skinceutical vitamin C antioxidant serums are excellent for this purpose.

Use  skincare products specifically suited to  your individual skin types as we all have such different skincare needs ranging from calming to brightening, through to clearing to hyper-pigmentation. A bespoke approach to skincare is what delivers the best skin health results.
