Bath to release stress.




Prolonged stress causes our adrenal glands to produce excess cortisol. Research shows that cortisol negatively impacts not only our immune system, making us more prone to colds and infection, but also influences insomnia, fatigue, depression, muscle pain and even cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Consider these therapeutic rituals to bring your body back into balance.


Ease back against the embrace of the tub and let the steaming water restore your body.
Use Magnesium Bath Flakes or  Epsom Salts and help to ease symptoms of muscle pain and fatigue. Fill tub with comfortably warm water  and add 1 oz. of bath flakes or epsom salts. Soak for 5–10 minutes, towel dry and let the body rest to obtain the benefits of hydrotherapy.
If you are unable to get in to the bath - soak your feet in warm water with magnesium or epsom salts.
