Voda Naturalna comes from the rocky grounds of the green Poprad Valley. The Poprad Landscape Park, and Muszyna, which lies in the centre of this ecologically unique region are widely recognised in Poland for its exceptional naturally clear water sources.

Drawn from 85 meters below the ground, Voda Naturalna owes its unique qualities to the prehistoric geological structure in the area. Its precious value derives from the complete isolation of the source from external industrial and agricultural influence and an extremely low level of nitrate which ensures Voda Naturalna the highest rating of virginality.(Virginality indicates how protected a water is from its surroundings. It is determined by the water’s level of nitrate, an inorganic compound made up of one nitrogen atom and three oxygen atoms. Nitrate is easily carried through soil by water.)The World Health Organization recommends that exposure to nitrate should not exceed 50 mg/l for short periods. In the United States, drinking water may not contain more than 10 mg/l of nitrate, a level determined by a study in 1951 of infants suffering from blue baby syndrome.
